About the Role In BMW Group Australia, the Senior Brand Experience and Sponsorship Specialist helps shape and deliver premium experiential activations across events, sponsorships and the BMW Golf portfolio, partnering with internal teams, agencies and BMW counterparts to reflect quality and innovation. What You'll Do
- Plan, manage and deliver premium BMW experiential activations, coordinating internal teams, external suppliers and agency partners.
- Support the delivery of sponsorships and partnerships, including entitlements, dealer communications and allocation processes.
- Coordinate dealer and customer-facing experiences, from conferences to launches.
- Act as a trusted contact for event agencies and collaborate across Marketing, Sales, Corporate Communications and other functions.
- Manage event budgets, identify efficiency and impact opportunities, and prepare post-event insights for key stakeholders.
- Support onboarding, development and ongoing guidance of the Brand Experience Graduate. What We're Looking For
- A tertiary qualification in event management or related discipline is desirable, but not essential.
- More than five years’ experience delivering events across varying scales and levels of complexity; automotive industry experience highly regarded.
- Proven capability guiding junior team members, managing stakeholders and building trusted relationships with internal and external partners.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong organizational and time management capability.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Sound financial acumen, experience managing budgets; flexibility to travel and work outside standard hours when required. Nice to Have
