Senior Board Specialist

SDG Group is looking for a BOARD EPM Consultant with significant experience in Performance Management in Finance area to support Closing, Integrated & Financial Planning, Group Reporting and Consolidation with good knowledge of EPM technologies focusing on Board.

As a Senior consultant you will help improve operational and/or financial processes of major client companies. You will work mainly to improve processes through implementation and use of Board planning and reporting features.

You will evaluate company procedures, help internal audit teams detect performance levels, provide improvement advice. You will manage teams and relationships among stakeholders, track progress, challenges and results.

Your Challenges:

• Design automated Closing solutions to streamline and speed up the process
• Lead development team in project implementation according to SDG best practices
• Integrate accounting and non-accounting results for management reporting
• Create monitoring, planning and financial forecasting FP&A models and consolidated models for groups and companies
• Introduce common cost allocation structures and reporting in compliance with local GAAP

Requirements

• 3 to 8 years experience in CPM
• Knowledge of Board technology
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally (excellent written and spoken English)
• Strong communication, precision, autonomy and results orientation
• Internal academies and centers of excellence with possibility of certifications for tools in big data & analytics
• Continuous training and coaching and the possibility of certifications; semi-annual evaluations of potential and performance
• Quarterly project evaluations and learning outcomes, with immediate growth potential
• International environment

• Salary range indicative 36,000€ - 48,000€; placement within range depends on skills and experience
