Senior Biopharmaceutical Rep - Hematology/Oncology - UAE United Arab Emirates - Dubai
What you will do
- Collaborate with manager to develop and implement territory POA and key account plans
- Evaluate progress versus plan monthly and agrees to course corrections with manager
- Partner with cluster/territory teams and Marketing, Medical Affairs/Value & Access teams to agree on key account plan objectives/responsibilities
- Engage with peers and District Manager and cross-functional teams to improve product knowledge
- Demonstrate an understanding of industry and healthcare trends, of how retail practices, clinics and hospitals operate
- Follow through on customer commitments and request in a timely fashion
- Report customer activity in the CRM system and ensure customer profiles are kept up-to-date
- Demonstrate an understanding of Amgen Performance for selling platform to satisfy customer and Amgen needs
- Operate within the agreed expense budget aligned with POA priorities
- Seek inputs and assistance to prioritize activities in a timely fashion and follow-up with customers
- Continuously develop and improve product knowledge, communication and selling skills through self-learning and active participation in agreed training programs to drive own development

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Demonstrated experience in the pharmaceutical industry in a sales-related job
- Experience with computer systems (CRM databases and MS Office)
- Proficiency in English in both oral and written communication
- Relevant local legal qualification
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Hold self-accountable for achieving established goals.
- Demonstrate time management skills in terms of prioritizing activities and completing work in a timely manner; meet timelines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Hematology/Oncology field
- Experience in UAE
- Bachelor`s degree in life science or (bio) medical sciences
- Knowledge of Customer Relation Management principles
- Exposure to interactions with various fields and organizational levels
- Exposure to project management principles
- Proven resilience in sophisticated environments
- Proven high learning agility
