About the Role As a Senior Benefits Representative, you will be responsible for the operationalization and transaction of benefits processes across regions, being accountable for a broad range of benefits (e.g., medical plans, savings and pension, and country-specific benefits). You will identify major issues and patterns and implement solutions within established procedures, developing proficiency through job-related training and on-the-job experience. You will need to understand how multiple teams across geos coordinate efforts and resources to achieve goals and explain complex information to team members and other stakeholders. Time management, pro-activity, organization and urgency, along with strong cultural awareness and analytical thinking, are essential for success.
