About the Role VALCE Talent Solutions is seeking a highly skilled backend engineer who not only builds and maintains essential backend systems but also acts as a technical leader and innovator, contributing to the overall success of the engineering team and the organization. This is a fully remote role based in Mexico and will collaborate with clients and the engineering team, including engagements with Hexaware. What You'll Do
- Build and maintain core backend systems to ensure reliability and scalability
- Lead technical direction, architecture, and best practices within the engineering team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and client engineering projects in a distributed environment
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the growth of the engineering community What We're Looking For
- Strong backend development experience with modern languages and frameworks
- Experience with Mulesoft (preferred) or APIGEE or BizTalk
- Advanced English proficiency
- Experience in client-facing engineering roles or client engineering contexts
- Ability to work remotely and self-manage in a distributed team
