About the Role Filevine is a Legal AI company delivering Legal Operating Intelligence for the future of legal work. This role focuses on designing and evolving the AI orchestration layer, building durable, fault-tolerant agentic workflows, and delivering end-to-end AI-powered features. You will mentor engineers and collaborate with product, UX, and legal domain experts to translate attorney workflows into reliable capabilities. What You'll Do
- Contribute to the design and evolution of the AI orchestration layer, building durable, fault-tolerant agentic workflows using Temporal activities and ReAct reasoning loops powered by pydantic-ai and Claude.
- Deliver features across their complete lifecycle — from design and prototyping through implementation, pytest/syrupy snapshot testing, GitLab CI/CD deployment via Octopus Deploy, and New Relic APM post-launch monitoring.
