Senior B2B Marketing & Communications Specialist

Job Description & Summary

We are seeking an experienced, independent and hands-on senior marketing and communications professional to join our PwC Lithuania team.

The position offers a balance of strategic involvement in budget and priority setting and practical ownership of day-to-day execution. We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of B2B services who can engage effectively with stakeholders and suppliers, lead campaigns, create content and coordinate B2B events.

Key responsibilities

• Support the planning of and execute B2B marketing and communications initiatives in Lithuania

• Implement local campaigns and projects from concept to completion

• Work closely with the team leader and subject matter experts to shape clear, relevant and impactful market-facing activities

• Create high-quality B2B content for external communications, including social media, newsletters, campaign messaging and newsletters

• Develop and publish engaging B2B social media content to enhance brand visibility

• Coordinate and implement website content updates, including article uploads and event publications, to ensure timely and relevant information

• Produce and disseminate targeted B2B newsletters to effectively communicate with target audiences

• Manage B2B events by coordinating logistics, liaising with suppliers, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful execution

• Support the planning and coordination of B2B events, including agenda development, speaker communication and related promotional activities

• Assist the team lead in building and maintaining working relationships with media contacts and external stakeholders

• Manage multiple priorities and ensure timely, high-quality delivery across both strategic and day-to-day activities

• Bring a technology-driven mindset and use modern tools to improve marketing effectiveness and execution

What we are looking for:

• 4-5 years of marketing and communications experience, including B2B marketing

• Strong understanding of marketing for professional and other service-based businesses

• Ability to work independently, manage priorities and take ownership of delivery

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Lithuanian and English

• Ability to write clear, polished and professional communication materials

• Confidence in working directly with senior stakeholders speakersand external contacts

• Strong organizational skills, a hands-on approach and the ability to manage both larger initiatives and smaller day-to-day tasks

• Interest in technology and digital tools that support more effective marketing execution

• Experience supporting or managing B2B events would be a strong advantage

Our offer:

• The monthly gross base salary for this position ranges from EUR 3000 to EUR 4000. Actual compensation depends on the candidate’s qualifications and skills.
