Senior B2B Closer, US Small Business Market (Remote) — Cloudspire (onCloud)
Commission: 100% of the first month's package price for every deal you close. No cap.
Hours: Full time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM US Eastern. No exceptions.
Location: Remote, worldwide.

About us
Cloudspire, a brand under onCloud, sells business VoIP phone systems, AI voice agents and managed IT (MSP) services to US small and mid-sized businesses, such as dental offices.
The job
You own the full sale: find the prospect, run the demo, negotiate and close. Nobody hands you booked meetings. You keep your own pipeline in the CRM, every day, without being chased.
This is not for appointment setters, SDR-only reps or entry-level applicants. If you have never closed a B2B deal yourself, please don't apply.
Pay: how it works
Compensation is highly negotiable based on your experience and proven results. We pay well for expert-level, seasoned closers who own the full cycle: generating their own leads, booking appointments, running demos, and closing the deal. On top of base pay, you earn 100% of each new customer's first-month package price, uncapped.
Commission: 100% of the customer's first month. For every deal you close, you earn the full first month of the customer's package price. No cap. It is paid once per customer (no residual).
- Package price only. It does not include taxes, metered/usage charges, overages, one-time fees, consulting, labor or hardware.
- Example: a customer on Cloudspire Standard at $249/month earns you $249.
- Example: a 10-extension office on Cloudspire Voice Pro ($29.99 per extension per month) earns you about $300.
Hard requirements (we check every one)
- 3+ years of full-cycle B2B closing: you prospected, demoed, negotiated and closed yourself.
- You have sold to US small and medium businesses.
- Verified quota attainment: commission statements or CRM/quota reports from a past employer.
- Near-perfect spoken and written English. You will be on the phone with US business owners all day.
- Strong CRM discipline. You manage your own pipeline, follow-ups and notes.
- Available 8:00 AM–5:00 PM US Eastern, Monday–Friday.
Preferred: SaaS, VoIP, telecom or managed IT (MSP) sales.
