About the Role
Join a cross-region regulatory reporting initiative for a D-SIB bank leveraging Axiom ControllerView to transform the regulatory reporting data warehouse and respond to regulator-driven changes.
You will be part of a team responsible for managing Axiom-driven changes and regulatory initiatives across multiple jurisdictions.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and enhance regulatory reporting solutions using AxiomSL ControllerView (v10+)
- Configure and maintain key Axiom components, including Data Dictionaries, Data Models, Aggregations, Portfolio rules, Workflow pipelines, Report templates, and validations
- Optimize Axiom configurations for performance, scalability, and maintainability
- Manage APRA regulatory reporting changes driven by clients' internal changes or regulatory initiatives
- Work with APRA taxonomy frameworks and regulatory data models
- Map source system data to APRA taxonomy structures and regulatory templates
- Maintain and update taxonomy mappings; ensure data lineage, traceability, and reconciliation across reporting layers
- Build and manage data ingestion pipelines; perform data transformations and reconciliations for regulatory accuracy
- Support SIT, UAT, and production releases; perform data validation, reconciliation, and defect resolution
- Ensure adherence to regulatory reporting cycles and delivery timelines
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in AxiomSL development
- Strong expertise in Axiom ControllerView platform and associated objects
- Good experience with Taxonomy
- Strong SQL and database skills
- Unix/Linux scripting (Shell/Python)
- Familiarity with scheduling tools such as Control-M
- English proficiency (C2)
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in APRA
- Exposure to cloud or modern data platforms is an advantage
