- Lead process improvement initiatives across the end-to-end index governance lifecycle, directly impacting operational efficiency and data quality for critical financial indices
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify gaps and prototype innovative solutions using advanced data platforms such as Databricks and Python
- Design and implement automated workflows and applications that streamline index operations, reducing manual effort and enhancing accuracy
- Take ownership of existing Power Automate flows while building new automation solutions that support business continuity and operational excellence
- Manage and optimize data ingestion pipelines and methodology databases, ensuring robust data infrastructure that supports strategic decision-making
