About the Role In Finance, we work hand-in-hand with leaders across the company to ensure smooth, disciplined execution of strategic business objectives. Our Strategic Finance team provides comprehensive financial insight into the business through regional and functional business partnering, forecasting and budgets. As a Senior Associate on the Tech Finance team, you will support key workstreams and initiatives to drive the tech business. What You'll Do
- Partner with business leaders to build models, analyze forecasts, and support strategic initiatives for the Tech organization.
- Lead financial modeling, scenario analysis, and budgeting processes to enable disciplined decision-making.
- Collaborate with the broader Finance team to provide regional and functional financial insight.
- Maintain and develop forecasting workflows and dashboards using Excel, Google Sheets, PowerBI, SQL, and related tools. What We're Looking For
- BS/BA in Finance or related field; 3+ years of experience in FP&A/IB/consulting/private equity.
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets; strong financial modeling skills.
- US GAAP knowledge.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Technical tools: Excel, Google Sheets, PowerBI, SQL. Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $131,000 - $145,000 per year (USD).
- Hybrid work arrangement in San Francisco, CA (as indicated by posting).
