Senior Associate Ashford, GBR We’re looking for an experienced Senior Associate in Civil Engineering (equivalent to Associate Director roles in other firms) to join our established Ashford team and play a leading role in our continued growth. This is a great opportunity to guide a talented group of engineers and specialists and shape strategy across a wide range of development and infrastructure projects. You will win new work and lead project delivery from early concept through to completion, build strong client relationships, and mentor junior colleagues. You’ll work closely with our multi-disciplinary teams to produce high-quality design outputs, develop solutions and manage delivery to our private and public sector clients.
