About the Role EY's GDS Risk Management Services (RMS) Innovation Risk function in Gurgaon, India is seeking a Senior Associate to focus on Responsible AI, emerging technology risk, compliance and technical governance. You will work with EY Technology, Service Lines and Global Functions to help delivery teams embed Responsible AI requirements through practical toolkits, checklists and training.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced global environment, combining technical curiosity, risk judgment and clear communication to help teams embed AI governance into delivery workflows. What You'll Do
- Support the Manager/Assistant Director in executing Global Risk within RMS Innovation Risk.
- Collaborate with EY Technology, Service Lines and Global Functions to embed Responsible AI governance into delivery workflows.
- Help delivery teams adopt Responsible AI requirements through practical toolkits, checklists and training support.
- Stay current on Responsible AI, emerging technology risks and compliance; contribute to risk assessment and governance activities.
- Assist with coordinating governance and technical governance for AI initiatives across projects. What We're Looking For
- Experience in risk management, innovation risk, or related fields within a global environment.
- Strong knowledge of Responsible AI, AI governance, emerging technology risk and compliance requirements.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams (EY Technology, Service Lines and Global Functions), and to communicate clearly.
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical curiosity and sound risk judgement; ability to translate governance requirements into practical tools, checklists and training.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills; ability to influence delivery teams.
