This is an exciting time to join us - you will have the opportunity to collaborate with teams from our extensive international platform, working on exciting cross-jurisdictional projects, as well as more locally-based matters. We're looking for a Senior Associate or Director-level lawyer with a proven track record in the contentious aspects of employment law to join us in any of our UK offices.
You will be joining a firm with a truly international platform, working on cross-jurisdictional matters as well as local matters, and providing advisory and advocacy services to a diverse range of clients. From day one, you will advise on a wide range of contentious employment law matters, delivering an exceptional service to our clients and contributing to our ambitious growth.

- Advise on a wide range of contentious employment law matters from day one, delivering high-quality work and exceptional client service.
- Handle complex employment litigation and related disputes across multiple jurisdictions as part of a global client team.
- Delegate to and manage the work of junior associates and trainees, while actively participating in business development and cross-selling between teams.
- Collaborate with international teams on cross-jurisdictional matters and contribute to the firm's ability to provide integrated solutions. What We're Looking For
- Qualified solicitor under the laws of England and Wales.
- Between 8 and 12 years' PQE.
- Self-motivated with the ability to deliver high-quality work.
- Excellent academics and a track record of handling a broad spectrum of complex employment litigation matters.
- Intellectual curiosity and enjoyment of resolving challenging legal issues.
- Experience delegating to and managing junior associates and trainees.
- Keen interest in business development, including cross-selling between teams. Compensation & Benefits
