About the Role Senior Associate or Director-level employment lawyer to join Squire Patton Boggs' Labour & Employment team in UK offices. You will work on challenging cross-jurisdictional matters and provide frontline client service, collaborating with teams across the firm's international platform. What You'll Do
- Advise on a wide range of contentious employment law matters from day one, including cross-jurisdictional matters, delivering high-quality work for a diverse client base.
- Delegate to and manage the work of junior associates and trainees, providing mentorship where needed.
- Collaborate with global client teams and contribute to business development and cross-selling initiatives. What We're Looking For
- Qualified solicitor under the laws of England and Wales.
- Between 8 and 12 years PQE with a focus on contentious employment.
- Self-motivated with the ability to deliver high-quality work and handle complex litigation.
- Excellent academics and intellectual curiosity; able to resolve challenging legal issues.
- Experience delegating to and mentoring junior associates and trainees; keen to contribute to the firm's growth.
- Interest in business development, including cross-selling between clients and cross-jurisdictional projects. Nice to Have
