We are looking to add a Senior Associate to our Commercial Mortgage and Real Estate Investments Team to work in the Charlotte or Greensboro office 4 days per week with an option to work remotely on Fridays. In this role, you will provide day-to-day administration and servicing of our commercial mortgage loan portfolio, working closely with relationship managers, mortgage bankers, production, closers, legal, and accounting to keep loan operations running smoothly. Beyond the core servicing work, we're looking for someone who is genuinely comfortable with technology and change — someone who can learn our current systems and processes quickly, get fluent with the AI and automation tools we use, and, once up to speed, feel empowered to point out where things could work better.
