About the Role Senior Associate, Learning and Development at Guidehouse India is responsible for designing and delivering instructor-led and virtual training programs from start to finish, collaborating with internal leaders and subject matter experts to assess needs and deliver on-brand content that meets deadlines.
What You'll Do
- With minimal supervision, designs and develops effective, engaging and visually on brand instructor-led/virtual instructor-led projects from start to finish to meet deadlines as assigned.
- Works with internal business segment leaders and SMEs to conduct training needs assessments to identify training gaps and to help inform potential training solutions.
- Writes learning objectives and course module and lesson content that ensures mastery of learning objectives.
- Applies adult learning principles and techniques to create instructional design documents and instructor/facilitator/participant materials.
- Facilitates and presents virtually and in-person in a highly professional and engaging manner.
- Works closely with SMEs and other L&D team members as needed to share knowledge and maintain a well-organized, timely and high-quality work product.
- In partnership with the Internal Communications team and team members, writes training communications to generate awareness of and drive registration for courses to various internal audiences via email, the intranet and internal newsletter.
- Ensures matters related to internal and external clients or partners are handled in a professional and compliant manner.
