About the Role

As an SEO/GEO Sr. Associate, you'll help our clients adopt AI discoverability strategies and navigate the evolving search landscape. The role involves close collaboration with SEO, Content, and PR teams to deliver integrated solutions. This is an exciting growth opportunity for someone looking to build on their SEO foundation and expand their expertise in the fast-evolving world of AI search.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execution & Research

  • Build and maintain prompt frameworks by topic, audience and intent, covering branded and non-branded questions.

  • Conduct AI visibility audits to assess brand mentions, citations, sentiment and competitor performance across platforms.

  • Recommend content improvements based on audience questions, content gaps, site evolution opportunities and supporting evidence.

  • Support technical audits covering crawlability, indexability, AI crawler access, structured data and content rendering.

  • Maintain dashboards and reporting using SEO, analytics, and AI visibility tools; track changes and turn findings into clear next steps.

  • Prepare client presentations, collaborate across teams, and test emerging GEO approaches while validating AI-generated outputs.

  • Client & Team Support

  • Prepare materials and research inputs for client POVs, presentations, and strategic recommendations.

  • Collaborate with SEO, Content, and Analytics teams to integrate GEO insights into broader programs.

  • Participate in knowledge-sharing and training sessions to grow GEO expertise.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in SEO

  • Strong research, analytical, and organizational skills.

  • Proficiency in keyword research and on-page optimization (title tags, meta descriptions, internal linking).

  • Foundational technical SEO skills (site audits, crawling/indexing, schema, page speed basics).

  • Hands-on experience with Google Search Console, GA4, and SEO tools such as SEMrush, BrightEdge and Screaming Frog.

  • Experience using at least one AI visibility platform, e.g., Profound, Bluefish, Evertune or Peec AI, to analyze results and identify opportunities.

  • $60,000-$65,000

  • Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.
