About the Role The Senior Associate, Digital Enablement Services will join KPMG's Digital Nexus technology organization to lead AI-specific enablement and change management across the enterprise. You will develop, execute, and measure enablement plans to support successful AI implementation and adoption among diverse stakeholders. What You'll Do
- Develop and execute AI-specific digital enablement and change management plans, including communication, training, capability previews, testing, and reinforcement activities to support the AI implementation and enterprise-wide adoption of change
- Advise on use cases, user journeys, and step-by-step guidance for all impacted stakeholder groups for new and emerging technologies in the KPMG enterprise
- Create and implement strategic and tactical communication plans that meet project timelines; drive engagement and adoption across channels (videos, town halls, web pages, and content creation)
- Drive adoption initiatives that support delivery project success through enablement efforts; identify evolving deliverables, changes in scope, potential conflicts, and develop plans to remove barriers; collaborate with project teams, sponsors, and leaders to integrate enablement into project plans and timelines
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of AI enablement interventions; report progress and outcomes; conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder analyses to understand change scope, risks, and opportunities
- Provide feedback and recommendations to the Director of Digital Enablement Services/OCM and other stakeholders on improving digital enablement and change management practices; support development and maintenance of enablement tools, templates and resources

- Minimum three years of recent experience in digital enablement, change management or similar technology-focused role
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in business, psychology, communication, technology or a related field is preferred; minimum of a high school diploma or GED
