Senior Associate, Data Analytics Supply Chain

About the Role The Senior Associate, Data Analytics Supply Chain (Amgen External Planning) will be part of the External Planning and Delivery Team at Amgen India, Hyderabad, focusing on data analytics to support external planning operations for Amgen's CMO-sourced products. You will work closely with External Supply, Global/Regional/Site Supply Chain, Global Distribution, and Operations Finance to enable reliable, efficient, and agile planning and delivery.

What You'll Do

• Develop, calculate, and maintain key activity drivers to support supply planning teams.
• Analyze supply plans, demand/supply balances, and planning assumptions to identify risks, trends, and opportunities.
• Support scenario analysis and sensitivity analysis related to supply changes; identify root causes of variances.
• Define, calculate, and track KPIs; design, build, and maintain dashboards; ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting outputs; continuously improve reporting tools based on business needs.
• Partner with Finance to translate supply plan variances into financial impact (e.g., cost, inventory, scrap, and revenue); support reconciliation of operational and financial views of supply performance; assist in forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking activities related to supply planning.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and performance drivers; present insights tailored to different audiences (Planners, Finance, Leadership); support ad-hoc analyses and special projects as needed.
