Job Summary
The Senior Associate will lead the Firm's corporate and commercial law practice, with primary responsibility for non-contentious legal work — including corporate advisory, transactions, compliance, and strategic development. This role does not involve litigation. The Senior Associate will also serve as the first point of supervisory contact for Associates, overseeing their day-to-day legal work and professional development, while reporting directly to the Principal Partner.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Corporate & Commercial Practice:
- Provide legal advisory services on corporate governance, company law, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and commercial contracts.
