About the Role Senior Associate to join KPMG's Business Tax Services practice. Provide tax compliance and advisory services to real estate businesses operating as REITs, partnerships and corporations, working with a multidisciplinary team to deliver industry knowledge and innovative tax solutions. What You'll Do
- Provide tax compliance and advisory services to real estate businesses operating as REITs, partnerships and corporations
- Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team bringing industry knowledge and experience
- Build and manage client relationships with frequent engagement
- Manage teams of tax professionals and assistants on client projects
- Advise clients and deliver high-quality tax service and advice
- Participate in market and business activities by supporting the practice's High Growth Sectors What We're Looking For
- Minimum two years of experience with corporate taxation, REITs, consolidations and partnerships, with solid ASC 740 knowledge
- Bachelor's degree, J.D., LL.M. in taxation and/or MST from an accredited college/university
- Experience with partnership taxation
- Excellent advisory and compliance skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to articulate complex information
