Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the branch team to achieve business targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Drive sales performance and wealth management business growth within the branch.
- Ensure strict compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and operational risk guidelines.
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members to enhance their professional capabilities and career progression.
- Resolve customer escalations effectively and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement strategic initiatives and marketing campaigns.
Requirements

Proven experience in branch management or leading sales teams within the consumer banking sector.
