Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in Frontend Software Development with expertise in building scalable enterprise web applications.

Strong understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, Problem Solving, UI Performance Optimization, and Software Engineering Principles.

Strong hands-on experience with React 17, 18 & 19, including Functional Components, Hooks, Component Design Patterns, Performance Optimization, and Modern React Architecture.

Experience building modern React applications using:

Responsive & Accessible UI Design

API Integration

SSR Concepts and Component-Driven Development

Proven experience with Micro Frontend (MFE) architecture using Module Federation and independent deployment models.

Strong proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), Frontend Design Patterns, SOLID Principles, and Clean Code Practices.

Hands-on experience with State Management frameworks such as Redux, Redux Saga, Zustand, and Context API.

Strong knowledge of UI Performance Optimization, including Lazy Loading, Code Splitting, Bundle Optimization, and Web Vitals.

Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and automation testing tools such as Jest, Playwright, and React Testing Library.

Familiarity with AngularJS and migration of AngularJS applications to React is a strong advantage.

Exposure to iOS/Android native or hybrid mobile applications (Native shell with react js) and troubleshooting across web and mobile platforms is a plus.
