About the Role Senior Associate within EY's SaT-TCF Financial Diligence team within the Advanced Manufacturing, Mobility & Infrastructure (AMI) Industry Market, based in New Delhi. You will contribute to Strategy and Transactions by performing financial diligence, analyzing performance and risk, and supporting clients with capital and decision-making under EY's Connected Capital Solutions framework. What You'll Do
- Proficient in conducting financial analysis and due diligence to assess business performance and risks.
- Skilled in evaluating financial statements and identifying key trends and anomalies.
- Experienced in preparing detailed financial reports and presentations for diverse stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of financial modeling techniques to support strategic decision-making.
- Adept at leveraging analytical tools to drive insights and optimize financial processes. What We're Looking For

- Experience 1 Year+
- Ability to work in a collaborative manner to provide services across multiple client departments while following the commercial and legal requirements.
