Job Description
Custodian, Electrician, Carpenter, Mason, Mechanic, Plumber, Water & Sewerage Technician, Fabricator/Welder, Machine Operator
For appointment to this grade, an Officer must have:
- Cumulative service period of six (6) years’ relevant work experience, three (3) of which should have been at the grade of Artisan I or in a comparable position;
- Trade Test Grade I Certificate from an accredited examining body; and
- Demonstrated merit and ability as reflected in work performance and results.
