Job Description
Fairmont is seeking an experienced, strategic, and highly motivated Senior Area Sales Manager to support the commercial efforts of three luxury resorts within the Mexico & Caribbean region: Fairmont Mayakoba, Fairmont El San Juan Hotel, and Fairmont Royal Pavilion.
This role will be based remotely in the United States, with Fairmont Mayakoba serving as the home property, while maintaining clear responsibility for generating business across all three hotels. The Senior Area Sales Manager will focus on new business development, account management, prospecting, and revenue generation across key market segments, with a strong emphasis on group, incentive, corporate, and third-party business.
This is a highly strategic sales role requiring a strong background in luxury hospitality, proactive selling, relationship-driven account management, and regional collaboration.
