About the Role The role focuses on creating exceptional architectural solution design and thought leadership to enable delivery teams and drive outstanding client engagement and satisfaction. You will establish scalable, reliable architectures and provide direction across deals and major changes. What You'll Do
- Develop architectural solutions for new deals and major change requests; craft enterprise-wide architecture that scales and remains manageable; provide solutioning for RFPs and ensure design assurance.
- Define and manage the portfolio of to-be-solutions including systems, shared infrastructure services, and applications to align with business outcomes.
- Analyse technology environments, enterprise specifics, and client requirements to create a collaboration solution design framework.
- Provide technical leadership to design, development and implementation of custom solutions using modern technologies.
- Define current state solutions, identify improvements and trade-offs to define target state solutions; document and articulate architectural targets and reusable patterns; propose investment roadmaps.
- Evaluate and recommend integrations with the broader technology ecosystem; collaborate with IT groups to transition tasks, monitor performance and resolve issues.
- Document architectural designs in detail and validate prototypes from technology, cost, and customer differentiation perspectives.
- Perform root-cause analysis of architectural design issues and propose relevant mitigations.
- Collaborate with sales, program/project and consulting teams to reconcile solutions with architecture; track industry and application trends for current/future IT needs.
- Provide technical and strategic input during project planning with architectural designs and recommendations.
- Identify risks and potential impacts of implementations and ensure conformance with Enterprise Architecture. What We're Looking For
- Deep experience in enterprise and solution architecture, with ability to design scalable, reliable systems and lead architecture discussions with clients.
- Proven track record in RFP solutioning, pre-sales support and client engagement; ability to present and defend architectural choices.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills; ability to work with cross-functional teams and influence decisions.
- Technical leadership across design, development and delivery; experience in documenting artefacts and driving adoption of patterns.
- Experience in risk assessment, optimization, and performance management; familiarity with KPI/SLA led delivery.
- Excellent communication and ability to translate business outcomes into technical roadmaps.
- Mentorship and thought leadership; ability to mentor junior architects and developers.
