About Palladium: Palladium is a global company working to design, develop and deliver positive effects on the lives and livelihoods of people around the globe; broaden access to health, water, power, and infrastructure; build enduring, sustainable, and transformative institutions and market systems to address global challenges; and conserve the natural world. We operate in over 90 countries and have a workforce of 4,000 talented, motivated, and diverse staff of all religions, races, languages, and gender identities.

This Opportunity: We are seeking applications from two individual consultants to support a short-term technical assistance assignment focused on demographic transition and its implications for development, policy, and investment in Madagascar. The assignment will bring together demographic and socio-economic evidence to inform decision-making and support the development of practical, audience-focused analytical products.

Location: Madagascar (consultants must be locally based and demonstrate a strong understanding of Madagascar's operating environment, institutions, and development context).

Engagement type: Individual consultant assignments only. Applications from consulting firms, consortiums, consortium members, or other organizations will not be considered.

The goal of the Technical Assistance: This TA is expected to generate a small suite of evidence-based deliverables, including analysis of demographic trends and their implications for development outcomes; policy and investment-oriented briefing materials; stakeholder-facing communication products; and presentation materials that translate complex evidence into practical messages for decisionmakers and wider audiences. Consultants will be expected to contribute to evidence synthesis, analysis, drafting, review, and finalization of these products according to their respective roles
