Senior Analyst SME to support underwriting and investment decision-making for Agency and Non-Agency CRE loans, portfolio analysis, and deal pipeline tasks. The role involves financial modeling, market research, due diligence, and preparation of investment memorandums for Investment Committee. What You'll Do
- Screen/underwrite Agency Loans (Fannie Mae) and Non-Agency Loans; derive underwriting value; perform financial spreading and rent roll analysis; prepare Investment Committee Memos.
- Portfolio stratification across asset classes; assess risk using property-level, loan-level, and performance metrics; extract market and asset statistics from data sources (CoStar or similar) for shortlisted deals.
- Compare key deal metrics (occupancy, cap rates, debt yield, cash flow, NOI) of pipeline deals with existing portfolio.
