Senior Analyst

About the Role Roche India – Roche Services & Solutions, part of Global Analytics and Technology Center of Excellence (GATE), is seeking a Senior Analyst to collaborate with the Strategic Analytics & Insights team in the US and other senior stakeholders. The role focuses on delivering advanced analytics and actionable insights to support strategic priorities and maximize impact for customers and patients. What You'll Do

• Lead complex projects and initiatives in pharma commercial operations, including Brand Performance tracking, Disease Market Overview, Patient Journeys (Treatment and Drug Fulfilment), Forecasting, Product launch support and assessment, Patient adherence, Physician / Account Targeting, Payer Mix, Marketing Impact and ROIs
• Collaborate with Therapy area managers, Ecosystem insights leads and other business stakeholders to understand market dynamics and customer behaviors, using these insights to support data-driven strategies
• Comprehend stakeholder requirements, prioritize tasks, and manage day-to-day responsibilities, including liaising and coordinating with the GATE internal team for delivery
• Lead the team and stakeholder discussions, acting as a thought partner and providing high-quality analytics solutions and recommendations
• Create impactful presentations to convey crucial insights and recommendations to stakeholders
• Attend meetings with teams across different time zones to ensure smooth delivery of analytical & operations requests
• Maintain an enterprise mindset, linking individual responsibilities with broader organizational outcomes that maximize business and patient value
• Be flexible to attend meetings during IST/PST overlapping hours
• Provide mentorship and training to junior team members and interns on analytics principles and the Pharma domain What We're Looking For
• Bachelor degree in Technology or a relevant discipline, with preference for Computer Science, Software, Statistics, Data Science, AI, Machine Learning, Data Engineering; 4-8 years of analytics/consulting experience, with 2-5 years specifically in Pharma/Biotech/Healthcare analytics
• Master’s Degree or certifications in analytics or data science would be an added advantage
• Expertise in US Pharma Commercial Operations with a strong background in Sales analytics, Claims analytics, Product analysis, Patients analytics, forecasting and ROI analysis
• Experience with a range of secondary data sets, including IQVIA Sales data, 867 data, LAAD Claims, affiliations, field interactions, Veeva, medical data, and more
• Exposure to therapeutic areas such as oncology, neurology, immunology, etc.; working knowledge of Salesforce or Veeva is valuable
• Strong proficiency in Excel and SQL, with knowledge of at least one programming language such as Python, R, or SAS
• Demonstrated strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to present to stakeholders and handle questions effectively
• Proven experience translating research and analysis into succinct business narratives that drive decision-making and strategic initiatives Nice to Have
