Payroll Processing: Calculate gross payroll, including overtime, statutory holidays, vacation premium, and other applicable payroll concepts for Retail, Corporate, and Nearshoring employees.
Time & Attendance Management: Collect, review, and validate attendance records, payroll incidences, and medical leaves for Retail, Corporate, and Nearshoring employees.
Termination Management: Calculate severance payments, seniority premiums, and final settlements upon employee termination for Retail, Corporate, and Nearshoring employees.
Legal and Tax Compliance: Calculate and process applicable income tax withholdings and employer contributions, ensuring compliance with Mexican labor and tax regulations.
Government Institution Administration: Manage payroll-related processes and requirements with government institutions and platforms, including IDSE and FONACOT.
Payroll Reporting: Analyze payroll information and prepare supporting workpapers for payroll accounting close and reconciliations
Payroll Projects: Support and participate in the implementation and optimization of payroll systems and related processes.
