About the Role

Senior Analyst Learning & Development with German is responsible for organizing and administering internal development opportunities (trainings, programs, webinars) from scheduling to learning history documentation, and regularly assessing learning needs. The role also manages external trainings across Europe and Global functions, maintains Compliance Trainings and LMS data in Insight Learning (SAP/SuccessFactors), and provides 1st level support for L&D systems. You will participate in process improvements and support knowledge transfer for P&C processes to the Business Service Center.

What You'll Do

• Organize and administer internal development opportunities (trainings, development programs, webinars), from scheduling to documentation and regular checks of learning needs.
• Book external trainings for Europe and Global functions, including training documentation and invoice processing.
• Administer and document Compliance Trainings in Insight Learning; maintain trainings in Insight Learning (SAP/SuccessFactors).
• Coordinate with trainers, training vendors, and participants; manage training communications.
• Create, distribute and analyze reports (e.g. Learning hours, Curriculum Status).
• Provide 1st level support for Insight modules and other Talent & L&D systems; handle shared mailboxes.
• Support transfer of P&C tasks to the Business Service Center, including knowledge transfer and documentation.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and update documentation and workflows.
• Review invoices and allocate internal costs per departments.

What We're Looking For

• +2 years of experience in L&D or similar roles, HR or customer service roles.
• +1 year experience with LMS and/or other Talent management systems (SuccessFactors, Workday etc.).
• University degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Management.
• Fluency in English and a medium level of German (B2).
• Proficient with Microsoft 365.
• Experience with LMS Admin / HR systems / ERP / SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, etc.
• Strong collaboration skills, ability to deliver results under pressure, customer-centric mindset and willingness to learn.
