Job title: Senior Analyst IT Controlling
About the Role As a Senior Analyst IT Controlling, you will support the company’s IT controlling function by running SAP/CO and SAP/FI processes, preparing analyses and insights to drive decision-making. You will participate in month-end close, planning, budgeting and forecasting, and contribute to finance transformation initiatives across IT.
What You'll Do
- Run SAP CO and SAP FI processes and prepare analyses and overviews of financial performance for IT
- Perform month-end closing activities, including journal entries and reconciliation with Group accounting and business partners
- Consolidate actual financial figures and provide business insights on monthly performance
- Support Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting for IT and conduct variance analysis
- Act as a trusted business partner to financial and non-financial stakeholders; provide guidance
- Maintain accounting records for assigned IT units and prepare supporting documents for financial statements
- Contribute to finance transformation initiatives and IT controlling projects
- Respond to ad-hoc technical requests within the finance community
- Provide ad-hoc analysis to support IT management decisions
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's in Finance, Business Administration or equivalent; Master’s degree is a plus
- 2-3 years of experience in controlling; strong understanding of finance and controlling processes
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
- Intermediate knowledge of SAP modules CO, FI, MM
- IFRS knowledge is a plus; English fluency; German basic knowledge is a plus
