About the Role Moderna is strengthening its international business services hub in Warsaw (MESH) and the Senior Analyst, Global Commercial Finance will sit within the Global Commercial Finance team supporting the US market. This individual contributor role focuses on FP&A, budgeting, reporting, and driving financial process improvements in a fast-growing, data-driven environment to enable strategic decision making for US Commercial functions. What You'll Do
- Develop a deep understanding of the financial needs and key investment drivers across the US Commercial organization (Marketing, Trade & Fulfilment, Market Access, and US Operations) to identify and unlock growth opportunities.
- Provide insightful operational and strategic financial analyses to support business decisions, leveraging data-driven insights and ROI-based evaluation.
- Lead the development of annual budgets and reforecasting cycles, including quarterly trend analyses, consolidating projections, and proactively identifying and managing risks.
- Oversee the month-end reporting process for the US Commercial Leadership Team and budget owners, ensuring clarity and transparency of financial performance.
- Design, build, and maintain financial dashboards and datasets to enable timely, accurate reporting, leveraging digital tools and automation.
- Manage data loading and related processes within EPM systems for sales and OPEX planning.
- Support month-end and quarter-end accrual processes in alignment with accounting standards and guidance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance financial systems and ensure high data integrity.
- Manage day-to-day purchase requisition approvals and support accounting operations during month-end close, with a focus on spend-related accruals.
- Partner closely with business stakeholders to ensure consistency in financial processes, including PO processes and related controls. What We're Looking For

- Experience in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and ROI-based evaluation.
- Strong collaboration skills and capability to partner with cross-functional stakeholders; awareness of data integrity and ERP/EPM systems and dashboards.
- Proficiency with data-driven financial tools and the ability to design and interpret dashboards.
