EY Financial Services Indirect Tax Service Delivery Center is seeking a Senior Analyst to support the team in delivering tax services to financial services clients. This role offers opportunities to mentor others, work with cross-office teams and help implement technology-enabled solutions. What You'll Do

Assist in implementing leading practices across engagement teams and build a network across multiple practice offices.

Support tax technology implementations, engagement economics and delivery of exceptional client service.

Manage engagement processes by communicating with engagement team leads.

Deploy technology services and organize client data.

Contribute to the technical development of the team and support existing proprietary technology offerings.

Seek guidance from leadership and mentor junior staff. What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in liberal arts, general business, technology or related field.

Minimum of three years of related experience in tax and/or accounting.

Financial services or technology experience preferred.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access and/or SharePoint) and willingness to learn firm/client technologies.

Demonstrated project management, teamwork and problem-solving skills.

Ability to train and coach junior team members; proven leadership and mentoring ability.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail; ability to work with colleagues at all levels of business. Nice to Have

Base salary range: $71,000 to $117,100; NYC Metro Area/Washington State/California ranges: $85,100 to $133,100. Individual salaries depend on education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.
