The Analytics, Investments and Marketing Enablement (AIM) team within Global Commercial Services Marketing (GCSM) powers customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through data, advanced analytics, and AI. Within AIM, the Paid Search Analytics – GCS Digital Acquisitions team is focused on driving efficient acquisition through Paid Search by leveraging advanced analytics, audience insights, experimentation, bid optimization, and measurement. The team partners closely with marketing, product, technology, and platform teams to optimize search performance and maximize business outcomes. The team is responsible for developing data-driven strategies that improve targeting, bidding, and efficiency.
