Senior Analyst - Data Processing

Manage end-to-end Market Research Data Processing & Tabulation projects independently. Responsible for Quantum scripting, data processing, tabulations, QC, reporting, and stakeholder coordination while ensuring timely, high-quality project delivery.

Job Description:

Location: Mumbai

Shift: Rotational shifts (including night shifts & weekend support)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience: 3-7 Years

Must-Have Skills

• Quantum (Mandatory): Scripting, Tabulation, Banner Creation, Data Processing
• SPSS
• Weighting, Coding & Data Merging
• Market Research Data Processing & Tabulation
• Survey Data Quality Control & Validation
• MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint
• Strong Communication & Stakeholder Management

Good-to-Have Skills

• Tracking, Segmentation, Concept Testing, Copy Testing, MaxDiff
• Advanced Market Research Methodologies
• Survey Programming & Automation
• Client-Facing / Project Management Experience
• Postgraduate qualification in Market Research or Management

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end data processing and tabulati

• on projects

• Develop and modify Quantum scripts

• Perform data cleaning, coding, weighting, and validation

• Create banners, crosstabs, and significance testing outputs

• Ensure quality delivery through rigorous QC and FTR practices

• Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders

• Handle multiple projects and meet SLAs

• Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree (Mandatory)

• Postgraduate Degree/Certification in Market Research, Statistics, Analytics, or Management (Preferred)

• Additional Requirements

• Comfortable with rotational/night shifts and occasional weekends

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Demonstrated ownership, adaptability, and teamwork skills
