About the Role The Senior AI/ML Developer will design and implement AI/GenAI solutions for data & analytics across major clouds, partnering with data engineers and clients to translate requirements into scalable AI architectures. You will set engineering standards, drive innovation, and mentor teams to deliver high-quality, production-ready AI capabilities. What You'll Do
- Design and implement AI/GenAI applications, systems, and infrastructure across Azure, AWS, and GCP.
- Collaborate with data engineers and clients to translate business requirements into robust, scalable solutions.
- Participate in architectural decisions and design AI/ML and Generative AI architectures for industry use cases.
- Set standards for engineering best practices; identify opportunities where GenAI adds value and create POCs/POVs.
- Write high-quality Python (and PySpark) code; stay current with AI trends and evaluate new technologies.
- Facilitate design/architecture workshops and mentor AI engineers in coding best practices.
- Manage end-to-end project delivery: scoping, solutioning, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Ensure solutions meet client requirements and communicate with stakeholders throughout projects. What We're Looking For
- 5-8 years of experience building and deploying AI/GenAI solutions on-prem or on cloud.
- Hands-on experience deploying AI/ML on Azure, AWS, and/or GCP; experience orchestrating LLMs on cloud platforms (OpenAI on Azure/AWS Bedrock/GCP Vertex AI or Gemini).
- Experience with Agentic frameworks (Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, LangGraph, etc.).
- SQL and data modelling experience; AI solution design using microservices architecture.
- Strong Python and/or PySpark programming skills.
- Experience integrating authentication/security in ML ops; strong problem-solving and business value framing.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; capable of deploying AI/ML solutions on Kubernetes, Web Apps, Databricks or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with MLOps concepts and tech stack; code versioning, MLFlow, batch and real-time endpoints.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Terraform, AWS CloudFormation; Responsible AI concepts. Nice to Have
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI across industries and/or insurance domain.
