A key part of this vision is building agentic AI experiences that can understand customer needs, take meaningful actions, and deliver useful outcomes.

The engineering team is small, collaborative, and building products from the ground up. Engineers have significant ownership over architecture, product direction, and engineering practices. The team values people who enjoy building, move quickly, operate autonomously, and take responsibility for shipping production-grade software.

AI is central to the engineering approach. The team is adopting modern agentic software development practices to accelerate development while maintaining a high bar for code quality, security, and maintainability.

What You Will Do

1. Build Agentic AI Experiences

Design, develop, and ship capable, intuitive agentic AI experiences for consumer and business customers.

Build AI agents that can support meaningful customer workflows and deliver real-world outcomes.

Own one or more agents end-to-end, including functionality, user experience, evaluations, monitoring, and safeguards.

Focus on making AI-powered experiences reliable, useful, and delightful for customers.

2. Own Product Development End-to-End

Take ownership of AI-powered features from ideation and architecture through implementation and deployment.

Work across the full stack to build complex, high-performance web applications.

Translate product requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Take responsibility for the quality, performance, and reliability of the systems you build.

3. Work Cross-Functionally

Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver high-impact features.

Understand customer problems and translate them into practical agentic experiences.

Build appropriate safeguards into AI-powered workflows.

Contribute to product decisions and technical direction as an early member of the team.

4. Shape Engineering and Agentic Development Practices

Help establish best practices for building and deploying agentic AI applications.

Explore modern agentic systems, libraries, tools, and emerging development approaches.

Help accelerate the software development lifecycle while maintaining high engineering standards.

Contribute to a culture of collaboration, quality, customer orientation, and performance.

Ideal Candidate Background

4–8 years of experience as a Full-Stack Engineer or AI Engineer.

Proven experience building and shipping agentic AI products or experiences to real users.

Strong background in high-performance, complex web application development.

Experience working across different frameworks and modern software development environments.

Deep practical understanding of modern agentic systems, libraries, architectures, and emerging best practices.

Experience owning AI-powered features or products from architecture through deployment.

Strong understanding of agent functionality, monitoring, evaluations, and safeguards.

Comfortable operating in a small, fast-moving engineering team with significant individual ownership.

A builder mindset and strong interest in using AI to create better customer experiences.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $180K–$275K, depending on experience.
