About the Role We are seeking a Senior AI Developer to design and build AI-powered internal tools that enhance our test automation framework for an OTT platform. This hybrid role blends hands-on test automation engineering with AI/LLM/RAG capabilities to translate test engineering problems into practical AI solutions. What You'll Do
- Design and implement AI-powered solutions focused on automated test failure triage using LLM + RAG pipelines to classify ReportPortal failures (logs, stack traces, screenshots) into structured categories (PRODUCT_BUG, AUTOMATION_BUG, SYSTEM_ISSUE) leveraging AWS Bedrock and Claude AI.
- Implement Change-Based Testing (CBT) with LLM-driven test case selection using semantic similarity between code changes and test coverage.
- Generate AI test cases from feature specs, Jira tickets, and Confluence documentation.
- Build and maintain end-to-end RAG pipelines: document ingestion → chunking → embedding → OpenSearch Serverless vector store → retrieval → LLM response generation.
- Develop AWS Lambda functions (Python 3.12) and API Gateway REST endpoints to integrate AI capabilities into CI/CD pipelines.
- Apply prompt engineering best practices. What We're Looking For
- Software engineer with experience in QA automation and a strong understanding of LLM/RAG systems, capable of translating testing problems into AI solutions.
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered tooling, AWS Bedrock, Claude AI, and knowledge of CBT concepts.
- Experience building end-to-end data pipelines and AI integrations: document ingestion, chunking, embedding, vector stores (OpenSearch Serverless), retrieval, and LLM-based responses.
- Proficiency in Python (Python 3.12), AWS Lambda, and API Gateway; able to integrate AI capabilities into CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with Java/Appium-based automation frameworks for Android TV and related QA automation activity; comfortable working with Jira, Confluence, and feature specs for test generation.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills; able to operate in a hybrid work environment. Nice to Have
- Experience with ReportPortal and in-depth knowledge of AI-powered tooling in testing.
- Experience with Android TV test automation and OTT platforms.
