About the Role The Senior AI Developer will be responsible for design, build, and scale enterprise-grade AI solutions that solve real business problems across multiple domains. This role focuses on productionizing advanced AI systems, including LLM-based applications, AI agents, and intelligent automation, tightly integrated with enterprise data platforms and business systems. What You'll Do
- Design and build AI-powered solutions and AI agents to solve business problems (automation, decision support, copilots)
- Develop and deploy LLM-based applications (RAG, tool-calling, structured outputs)
- Architect end-to-end AI systems on GCP and Databricks, integrating enterprise data and APIs
- Build and maintain AI workflows and orchestrations, including multi-step reasoning systems and human-in-the-loop processes
