Senior Advisor, Project Program Management
As part of Digital Programs Delivery team within our Digital Support organization, you will be part of team who is chartered to Deliver and optimize digital capabilities that provide consistent, seamless, intuitive & predictive customer experiences

As a team member of our Digital Support, Digital delivery and enablement team, you will be responsible to drive complex transformational programs working closely with Services, Engineering, Data Science and IT to enable digital self-serve capabilities as a Consultant, Project program management, you will be responsible for working on key programs and projects from concept design, solution development to deployment. You will work with solution Architects from Dell IT, Data Science and Digital Support team members to deliver SMOD 2.0 unassisted outcome deliverables
You will:
- Lead and manage all aspects of project execution including chartering, scope definition, requirements gathering, project planning, change control, risk management and reporting
- Need to exhibit advanced wide-ranging experience, using in-depth technical knowledge/concepts, business acumen, solutioning complex issue through collaboration
- Understand and work on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
Essential Requirements:
- Proven experience leading large-scale cross-functional IT programs involving multiple engineering, product, architecture, and operations teams.
- System Integration: Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, middleware, and enterprise system integration patterns and Knowledge of CSG/ISG business processes, customer support operations, and Dell's digital support ecosystem
- AI Native Mindset: Demonstrated experience leading or delivering AI-driven business outcomes, digital transformation initiatives, or GenAI-enabled solutions within Services, Sales or other enterprise functions, also Proficiency with Dell AI tools (e.g., Claude, Devin, Microsoft Copilot) to accelerate delivery, research, analysis, workflow automation, and decision making
- Value Realization & ROI Tracking: Ability to build business cases, perform cost-benefit analysis, define success metrics, and measure business outcomes.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills, with the ability to align business, IT, and engineering teams on complex initiatives.
Desirable Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with program and delivery management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar platforms for planning, dependency tracking, and execution governance.
- 10+ years of overall experience with at least the last 2 years in a Technical PM role supporting a Global Transformation/Technology Program
