About the Role
Senior Advisor, Clinical Research, Neuroscience at Lilly China focuses on medical leadership in neuroscience programs. The role provides expert medical input to the local business, shapes strategic medical plans for new compounds, and leads data generation and dissemination while collaborating with global teams through phase 3/4 studies. It emphasizes compliant medical governance and cross-functional partnership to support launch and lifecycle strategy.
What You'll Do
- Develop medical strategies to support brand launch and lifecycle plans for drugs.
- Plan and set up medical symposia, advisory board meetings, and/or the facilitation of other meetings with health care professionals.
- Establish and maintain collaborations and relationships with external scientific experts, thought leaders, and the general medical community.
- Participate in development of scientific data disclosure, data analyses, and final reports and data presentation.
- Medical leadership in preparation and administration of the medical budget.
- Collaborate proactively and productively with all business and cross-functional partners; model the leadership behaviors.
- Ensure all medical activities comply with governance and applicable regulations.
- Provide medical expertise for marketing, regulatory affairs and PRA and other business-related activities; lead planning for phase 3/4 studies with global teams.
What We're Looking For
- Medical Doctor Degree in neurology or psychiatry.
- Five years of clinical or pharmaceutical medical function experience.
- Experience/knowledge of medical affairs for new product launch preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to balance scientific priorities with business priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to influence others (cross-functional and within the function) to create a positive working environment.
- Fluent in English, verbal and written communication.
