Job title: Senior Administrator - SAP BASIS

About the Role The SAP Basis Administrator Sr. ensures performance and reliability of SAP and enterprise systems, leading lifecycle management and infrastructure standards across SAP landscapes. This role partners with functional and technical teams to install, configure, support, and document SAP solutions to meet business objectives.

What You'll Do

• Maintain system performance, configuration, security, printing, and transports; identify and implement corrective and preventative actions.
• Implement monitoring solutions; monitor landscape performance and adjust configurations as needed.
• Plan and implement security measures; manage user accounts, access permissions, and profiles.
• Configure and maintain production systems for High Availability; operate master consoles to monitor production and non-production systems.
• Install, configure, and maintain systems in Development, Testing, and Production environments; apply patches and upgrades.
• Lead projects, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate system-wide updates with technical and development teams.
• Provide on-call support and create SOP documentation to meet compliance and operational needs.
• Mentor and train other admins in best practices.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated experience with NetWeaver; ECC/S4; Enterprise Portal; Solution Manager; HANA Studio; SLES, Red Hat, Windows Server.
• Strong communication skills; independent problem solver; ability to lead build and run projects.
• SAP lifecycle management experience and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

• SCM with HANA integrated LiveCache; PI; IXOS, ONBASE, Archiving Server; Data Services; Wily; Vertex including Oseries; Paymetric; BTP; RISE experience on SAP systems.
• Integration Suite; Signavio/Cloud ALM; HANA troubleshooting and administration; SLT, ATC (ABAP Test Cockpit); Extrahop, HANA Cockpit, Splunk, Orion.
• Jira, HEAT or similar ticketing system; Azure or AWS cloud operations; day-to-day maintenance including installation, upgrades, patching; automation and process improvements.
• SAPGUI upgrades; HANA backup/restores with full configuration.
