What You'll Do

• Manage and support Zscaler platforms (ZIA & ZPA) in production
• Troubleshoot and resolve L2 escalations related to web filtering, access issues, and policy enforcement
• Configure and maintain: URL filtering, SSL inspection, sandboxing policies; Application access policies in ZPA
• Analyze traffic logs and security events to detect anomalies; perform root cause analysis (RCA)
• Handle user access issues related to VPN replacement / Zero Trust network access
• Work on integration with Identity providers (Azure AD, Okta) and SIEM tools (Sentinel, Splunk)
• Optimize policies for performance and security posture
• Support deployment activities, upgrades, and changes; document configurations, SOPs, and troubleshooting steps
• Collaborate with network, SOC, and cloud teams

What We're Looking For

• Hands-on experience with ZIA and ZPA; knowledge of Zscaler Client Connector; policy configuration and log analysis
• Strong networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, SSL/TLS); proxy architecture and web gateways; VPN and Zero Trust concepts
• Understanding of web security, threat prevention, and DLP basics; SSL inspection and certificate management; identity-based access control
• Experience with Azure AD / Active Directory integration; familiarity with SIEM tools (Microsoft Sentinel, Splunk); logging and monitoring platforms
• Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Python); familiarity with firewall/network security (Palo Alto, Fortinet is a plus)
• Certifications such as ZCCP, ZCPS, AZ-500; CCNA/CCNP are optional
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical skills, and ability to coordinate with stakeholders; good documentation and process adherence

Nice to Have

• Palo Alto and Fortinet firewall knowledge is a plus
• Zscaler certifications (ZCCP, ZCPS) and Microsoft Azure Security certifications (AZ-500)
• CCNA/CCNP (optional)
