For appointment to this grade an officer must have:
- Cumulative service period of six (6) years’ relevant work experience three (3) years of which should have been in the grade of Administration Officer I or in a comparable position;
- Bachelor degree in any of the following disciplines: - Public Administration, Business Administration, Political Science/Government, Anthropology, Social Sciences, Environmental Health or equivalent qualification from a recognised institution.
- Membership to a professional body where applicable;
- Proficiency in computer application; and
- Shown merit and ability as reflected in work performance and results.
