Senior Administrative Assistant
Our client is seeking an experienced and highly organized Senior Administrative Assistant to provide advanced administrative support to leadership and teams in a fast-paced professional environment. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who can manage multiple priorities, coordinate complex schedules, prepare high-quality documents, and help ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide senior-level administrative support to managers, executives, or department leaders
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments across multiple stakeholders
- Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting materials
- Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reporting
- Maintain organized filing systems, records, and confidential documentation
- Support meeting logistics, including agendas, room scheduling, and follow-up on action items
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications
- Assist with office operations, vendor coordination, and departmental projects
- Track deadlines, support reporting needs, and help prioritize administrative workflow
- Provide additional support for special projects and process improvements as assigned
Qualifications

3+ years of administrative support experience, with prior senior administrative or executive support experience preferred

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently

High level of professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting senior leaders or multiple departments

Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred

Experience with calendar management, travel coordination, and reporting

Background in a corporate, healthcare, legal, nonprofit, or professional services environment
