About the role
We are seeking a Senior Acquisitions Associate to join our team in Goregaon, Mumbai. This role involves working closely with the acquisitions team to streamline and enhance the home-buying process.
Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra, India (6 days in office)
Experience: 3 - 8 years
Salary: 25 - 30 LPA
Responsibilities:
- Manage and support the end-to-end home acquisition process.
- Coordinate property discovery, scheduling visits, and legal and financial support.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Analyze market trends and assist in strategic decision-making for acquisitions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in acquisitions or related fields within real estate or property sectors.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Based in Mumbai and available to work primarily from the office.
