About the Role The Senior Accounting Manager will serve as a strategic and operational partner to the Director of Finance, acting as a right-hand leader across accounting, finance, and treasury for multiple entities. This hands-on, thoughtful finance professional will own critical processes, drive results, and help scale the team while contributing to the company’s long-term strategy. What You'll Do
- Lead and support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close across multiple entities; prepare, review, and analyze financial statements and management reports for leadership and key stakeholders.
- Assist with audit preparation and coordination with external auditors.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial analysis; model scenarios and assist investment evaluation with the Director.
- Help manage daily cash operations, working capital optimization, and lender reporting.
- Strengthen internal controls, implement process improvements, and support ERP/system initiatives; maintain consistent policies across entities.
- Serve as second-in-command to the Director, mentor accounting and finance staff, and contribute to growth planning and transaction readiness. What We're Looking For
- 3–7 years of accounting or finance experience in a hands-on, multi-entity environment.
- Strong work ethic, curiosity, and drive to take ownership and make an impact.
- Willingness to learn and grow under mentorship while contributing immediately.
- Comfortable balancing day-to-day execution with exposure to high-level strategy. Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
- Benefits include 401(k) with employer match, medical, dental, vision, short-term and long-term disability, and life insurance, paid time off, and a performance-based annual bonus.
